1.  You can pick up a subscription application at your nearest Lottery retailer.

2.  You can submit a subscription application through this web site. You must be over 18 years of age with a New York State mailing address and complete the application with a computer IP address physically located within New York State.

3. You can download and fill out a mail-in subscription application. You must have a New York State mailing address and be over 18 years of age to subscribe. Be sure to include your check or money order, and mail it to:
