October 29, 2009-Terrence Stec of Niagara Falls, Niagara County, received his prize check totaling $71,858 for matching all five numbers in the New York Lottery’s TAKE FIVE drawing on October 26, 2009.
Stec who is retired has two children and three grandchildren. “I found out I won while watching the local news,” said Stec. He plans to share his prize with his family and pay bills with the rest.
Stec purchased his winning Take Five ticket at Rose Farm Convenience Mart, 265 Delaware St., in Tonawanda. The Take Five numbers for October 26th were:
